What technology are you using? The 4000MHz frequency could be overkill, and a 3600MHz clock speed is quite efficient for memory.

2x16GB offers more value, the Ryzen will still cap at 3800, so a 32GB setup is probably dual-core too, which could be about 10% better overall.

ideal configuration is 4x8 or 2x16; I suggest 4x8 to guarantee a dual ranked arrangement.
