It depends on your needs and budget. Using all RAM slots can improve performance, but it also increases cost and complexity. For 32GB, two 16GB sticks might be more efficient than four 8GB sticks if you're on a budget. Make sure the sticks match in brand, speed, and compatibility for optimal results.

Performance wise there is little to no difference. But 2 sticks leave an upgrade path to 64GB.

The previous discussions indicate that hardware changes shouldn<|pad|> a lot. Boosting the hardware also raises the chance of failure. Using two RAM sticks appears simpler for matching speeds compared to four, making it more practical than just cost. If budget permits, opt for the two-stick bundles. You can later add more RAM if needed, though this isn’t always the best strategy. Some makers update products without notifying customers.
