Hello, my motherboard is B350 MSI Gaming Pro Carbon and my CPU is Ryzen 1600x. I adjusted the BIOS settings to a multiplier of 39 for 3.9ghz and set the voltage to 1.3625. However, when I checked Cinebench and everything else, the core voltage remained at 1.4 throughout, even when idle.

It's likely that multiple automatic functions are active. If the CPU believes it requires 1.4 for a 3.9Ghz processor, that could be accurate.

Actually, I was using Ryzen Master and tried 3.9ghz at 1.355V for a whole day of gaming and Cinebench without any issues, so I don't think a +4.5V is necessary.
