This is indeed true. XTU also stated that there is EDP throttling. I have no idea what settings to change. It also stated power limit throttling

Just to note a couple of points.
Your memory speed is at 4800, not 5600, and the board will accept that.
The 375 watt power limit seems tight—you got the cheapest motherboard, but it only has a 4+1+1 power phase, which is really not ideal for an i3 processor.

On B760 motherboards with the newest BIOS updates, changing IccMax is not possible while using Windows. Check the BIOS settings. It might be possible to adjust IccMax there. It’s suggested to raise IccMax for both the CPU and Intel GPU. Throttling based on the current limit will likely happen if IccMax is set to its default.

Early B760 and BIOS versions used microcode 0x104, enabling adjustments for CPU voltage and IccMax during Windows operation. Later versions do not support this.

Certain motherboards offer a BIOS option to revert to the older microcode version. Many Asus B760 and B660 boards have this feature, as do some Gigabyte models.

The motherboard seems too inexpensive, which is likely the main issue. It won't provide enough power.

Thank you for your response, but I'm certain VRM's role is to manage voltage and current. The problem isn't stability, it's that I can't access ICCMAX settings anywhere in the system.

On the benchmark I achieved approximately 11k. I haven't performed any stress tests on my system, as it hasn't ever crashed before. It seems I built it quite well.

Checked the BIOS for the 0x104 microcode setting. The initial microcode enables IccMax tuning during Windows operation.

@Zerk2012 has a solid point. The motherboard you purchased seems to lack sufficient power capacity for the CPU, which is likely the main issue. There are probably four power stages, each around 50A (possibly up to 60A), and under full load the CPU might draw between 190 and 220A, depending on the CPU model. I suspect the IccMax limit is fixed in the BIOS.
