It's a great idea. I've considered pairing a 1440p display with a 1080p one for better performance.
Get the physical version—7dvds is superior to downloading 60 gigabytes.
Your setup seems focused mainly on gaming. If you also handle tasks like photo/video editing or programming, extra high-resolution screens can really boost performance. However, this is only beneficial for semi-professional use. If you just enjoy occasional image editing or writing simple HTML, it might not be necessary.
