You can try adjusting your monitor's refresh rate settings through its control panel or software. That’s a fresh approach you haven’t explored before.

It varies. Are you checking the advantages of higher quality settings? If so, consider games like Metro or Crysis. They generally handle resolution adjustments smoothly. Dirt 3 seems to work well too. Just experiment with a few 3D titles to see what feels best.

You might find adjustments in the Nvidia control panel helpful if you have an Nvidia graphics card. If you're using AMD, the process is a bit more involved but I've successfully completed it myself. There are specific tools available at the links provided to change your monitor's refresh rate on AMD systems. Just install the patch, use CRU to select your display, adjust the refresh rate slightly, restart, and repeat until stability returns. Lowering it a bit afterward should yield better results. Spreading awareness about monitor overclocking could benefit many people who aren't aware of its potential. You could easily boost your refresh rate without spending anything.

In CSGO with a 34um95, I can spot the enemy head clearly—it makes hitting headshots much easier.
