Well, I still don’t see much value in e cores for gaming, and I’ve often said before that they’re pretty much a waste of time—more like a marketing trick. This is similar to saying water is wet; it’s not a strong point either way.

It's accurate, though a full throttle test doesn't always reflect real-world driving. Similar to how a short drag race doesn't capture everyday use, it provides useful comparison points by showing apples versus apples, helping you understand overall performance more clearly.

cb helps verify if your temperatures are within acceptable ranges and whether the chip operates as expected. Its main benefit is minimal load variation, which aligns with its intended purpose. However, beyond that, it offers limited insight into real-world performance since most applications introduce many additional variables and demands. So while it’s not entirely useless, its usefulness is constrained in complex scenarios like gaming or other demanding tasks.

Consider purchasing a 13900k for better performance, especially regarding cooling and power efficiency. If longevity is important, opting for a platform that allows future upgrades—like the 7950x—can be beneficial. While I don’t have a crystal ball, I believe it will eventually match or exceed current Intel offerings. This approach avoids spending heavily on expensive boards that are hard to upgrade later. My perspective is still evolving.
