10900K outperforms 11900K across nearly all areas—gaming, production, and more. It was also more affordable upon release compared to the 11900K. The main upgrade from the 11th gen came with PCIe4 support. The 11900K matches the CPU and configuration of the 11700K just at a higher tier. The 5800X3D offers a better value overall. E-cores appear to deliver similar results in W10 or W11, so that distinction doesn’t matter much.
