It's not accurate to say 2933MHz is the maximum RAM speed for that processor. The actual limit depends on the motherboard and other factors. 3200MHz and 3400MHz are still useful options, though higher speeds may not always be worth it. Let me know if you need more details!

That's quite high! I'm thinking about going up to 4000MHz or more with 2x8GB kits for gaming.

Z390 uses LGA1151v2 and doesn't work with the 10900F. Only Z490 and Z590 support the 10900F, which is now available.

It varies by motherboard model. If it isn't a Z-series chipset, you shouldn't go beyond 2933. For Z-series boards, Intel lets you customize the memory controller to any memory type you choose.
