Hello, I'm trying to connect my Melonax Connect X-3 Pro to a 10Gbps network but it's not working. I've installed the latest drivers and firmware, checked the cable and switch, and even replaced them to rule out hardware issues. Could you offer any advice?

What velocities are available? Which tests are you running? What appeared on the prior card? Which button are you pressing?

Thank You for your reply. ok I am using Iperf3 to test the connection as you can see below. The test are about the same from before to now. The switch i am using is the TP-Link TL-SX3008F v1.0. And it is UpToDate as well on firmware. I have as well used a DAC between the two systems and got the same issue so i have zero clue why this is happening. Even though new cards new switch new transceivers new cables. I think windows hates me. The IP address 192.168.0.253 is the Truenas system. the 192.168.0.192 is the windows 11 system. Are you using the correct SFP+ connectors and fiber cables? Upgrading your NAS to 10G was a bit of a learning curve, especially since I wasn’t familiar with single mode versus multi-mode fiber. Did all your SFP+ transceivers use the same mode—should be single mode for home use? Do you have a single-mode cable (usually the yellow one), and did you use Solarflare SFN7122F cards on a MikroTik switch? It worked seamlessly with trueNAS, making everything straightforward.

I realized the problem wasn't with the hardware—it was related to software. It became clear when I reinstalled Windows and tested the file transfer speed from my Windows system to my NAS without any security programs installed. Once I enabled Bitdefender Security, the transfer speeds dropped significantly. After some research, testing, and consulting Bitdefender, I identified the cause and adjusted the settings. This solution worked for local LAN connections as well. My internet remains slow after installing Bitdefender on my PC. This guide helps those facing slow internet after adding Bitdefender to a Windows machine. In most cases, fixing it involves properly configuring firewall settings. To resolve the issue, follow these steps: 1. Launch the Bitdefender interface. 2. Select Protection from the left panel. 3. In the Firewall section, toggle off the firewall switch. 4. Verify if your connection improves without it. If not, contact your ISP to confirm service status. If improvement occurs, proceed to these actions: 1. Return to Bitdefender settings. 2.
