Your setup with 5.1 @ 1.35 LLC + 6 on the Asus z490-A seems fine for a daily driver. The voltage you're using is typical for many applications. Just make sure your components can handle the current and heat generated.

If you're focused on gaming, disabling HT and running ten direct threads can significantly lower temps, then boosting overclocks to around 5.3GHz works well. Generally, temperatures above 1.42v mark you into the safer range. You might also want to know what cooling solution you're using for the 10900K and your maximum load temperature.

1.4 is the typical recommendation for Skylake components, but expect difficulty keeping temperatures below 1.35V on the 10-core module. You’ll reach a heat threshold before hitting a power limit.
