My RAM arrived yesterday and I was surprised by the AMD branding and optimization details on the packaging. The retailer didn’t clearly display this online. They’re quite fast—TridantZ Neo 2x8GB at 3800mhz with speeds of 14-16-16-36 at 1.50v. I’m considering returning them since I want a problem-free build. Earlier, my Intel 9th-gen system had micro stutters that I sold. I doubt getting this one back, but I’m lowering the chances and thinking it’s safer to return it. Also, the voltage seems a bit high for me. The previous auto OC settings were around 1.40v max on XMP1 or 2, not sure if I remember well. My concern is whether I’m making the right choice. These are the fastest I’ve seen. Right now I can’t test them because I don’t have all the parts and won’t open them.

RAM is RAM, and the AMD optimized versions are just marketing terms, often meaning fast speeds with low clock speeds. This setup isn’t different from regular DDR4 memory.

It looks like the recommended setting is around 1.50 for optimal performance. That’s what was suggested, whether you use auto or manual settings. You're correct.

1.50v refers to a voltage level of 1.5 volts.

The 1.50v model is confirmed on the packaging. I hadn’t thought about it before purchasing, but now I’m reconsidering and planning to return it.

The 1.5v specification indicates the safe operating range for the system. Some setups may handle more power if they use a suitable CPU and chip design.

Intel doesn't share this data—they only display the supported frequency. I’ll probably come back since I won’t overclock to 1.50v.
