if you can handle 1.5v vid at idle, you'd be pushing 5.3 continuously, according to some studies it's acceptable as long as it's not actual vcore, though that doesn't sound right for me. It might not even relate to the VROUT you mentioned, but it seems plausible with MCE.

I'm not entirely confident, but when I first turned it on I used MCE and noticed 5.3ghz across all cores with VR VOUT at 1.56v. I restarted right away.
