It's a relatively simple issue. Without changing the bios or firmware, there seems to be a method to push the RAM overclock beyond what Afterburner supports. I can adjust the RAM slider in Afterburner to its maximum for up to 1000mhz gain. If I set a higher value, it reverts to 1000. Other tools like Nvidia Inspector only reach 6000, and Asus and Gigabytes didn't help much.

You may require a tailored BIOS. If your card supports dual BIOS versions, it's reasonable to update one. Several settings are permanently restricted by NVIDIA, making a modified BIOS necessary.
I think the KINGPIN edition includes a custom BIOS. Look for it in resources such as Guru3D or Techpowerup.

Do you have any suggestions for increasing the memory clock speed? It looks like you're close to the maximum, so you might want to try different settings.
