You might need a slightly cooler unit or your power source isn’t enough—like the 11900k which can draw up to 300W when you allow it. It could also be related to the BIOS settings. Intel tends to restrict power usage by default.

Normal behavior at default configurations. Raising PL1 and PL2 turbo thresholds enables Intel Turbo Boost forever. If these options aren’t visible in the BIOS, ThrottleStop offers a way to set custom limits. https://www.techpowerup.com/download/tec...ottlestop/
