1050 Ti overclock
1050 Ti overclock
my system specifications include an i5 3470 + h61m-ds2, 8gb ram, 400watt sirtect high power element, and 1050 Ti EXOC. the gpu is already overclocked with default clocks of core at 1785 mhz and memory at 3500 mhz. after adjusting to +150 in core and +500 in memory via msi afterburner, i achieved a core speed of 1924 mhz and memory at 4004 mhz. the test with firestrike on 1080p gave a score of 8.4k, and valley maxed out tests showed stable performance with a peak temperature of 62c. should i upgrade or keep it as is? also, is it safe to maintain these settings?
I can confirm that overclocking is a good idea. Try increasing the memory a bit more since I reached 4504MHz, and the GPU temperature remains low. You shouldn't worry about heat because this card doesn't have an eunogh wattage. You might play around a little more, but if you want stability, stick with what you have.
Sure, thank you for your response. I'll keep it as is since it matches your expectations.
Hahahaha it seems I pushed mine up to 1987MHz (actually 1973) on core and 4504MHz on memory, but I never reached even 50*C.
