I hadn't realized any FX series chip could reach 5Ghz, thinking they were limited to around 4.5Ghz. Either way, you'll need to adjust some parameters significantly for playability, though I suspect you won't maintain a steady 60fps.

Band aid fix matches the FX-8350 in your budget. I noticed Jayztwocents filming a PUGB video with an FX-6100 and 1050, but only managed 60fps at low settings with 720p. I've had excellent results using FX chips.
