I generally play Apex at 140 fps, but occasionally it drops to about 110, making the frame rate feel like 30 fps.
Here are my details:
Processor: i5 9400f 2.9 GHz
Graphics: Saphire RX570 4G
Memory: 16GB RAM
Monitor: 144 Hz Acer Monitor (FreeSync supported)
At first I assumed the issue was related to FreeSync, but after enabling it the performance didn’t improve.
I also tried using a DisplayPort connection, but it didn’t make a noticeable difference.
During gameplay, the GPU and CPU temperatures are around 70°C each, while the CPU utilization stays near 100%. The GPU utilization is close to 100%, and RAM usage is typically 9 GB.

Yeah there are no stutters, but once the game gets more chaotic my FPS drops to 110 and it seems like 30.
