My CPU is always running at full capacity. I've looked into possible fixes and found that some suggest reinstalling Windows. Many online sources mention it might be a mining virus, but I'm not sure. If anyone has another idea, let me know. Would reinstalling Windows without wiping my data solve the issue, or would I need to erase everything completely? Thanks for any advice!

Based on my observations, faulty software is more common than mining issues, particularly with programs like Windows Defender or updates. If this applies, you can identify the problem using the task manager.

The interface updates frequently if the task manager appears first.

This setup has been stable over time, and it doesn’t seem to be straining the CPU excessively. The performance appears consistent across different workloads.

I’ve included my top task manager tasks. They seem to shift frequently, as if the system isn’t focused. It’s using more than 10% of the resources.

It seems you're asking whether the CPU operates continuously at full speed or if you're aiming to utilize it efficiently. Regarding the clock, turning it off could help reduce resource usage.

It seems like you're trying to confirm a security issue. Running MalwareBytes is a good step.
