is there anyone who offers a 10-port switch with 8x2.5G+ two 10G SFP(VLAN) PoE+ units, unmanaged, one-key VLAN for under $400? this should include shipping costs? i spotted a 6-port NICGIGA device with six ports at 2.5G Ethernet and four 10G uplinks, unmanaged, one-key VLAN. while i considered two units—one as PoE and the other as PoE+ with one-key VLAN—that would cover my four PoE devices, nicgiga doesn't have a similar model from them or major brands like SODOLA or YuanLey. if you know of an alternative or comparable product in the $400 range, i'd appreciate it. currently, my setup uses a 5-port AOM XG305P with PoE and one-key VLAN, which worked well for me before. i’m upgrading all my devices to 2.5/10G connections and need a switch that fits the ports and specs. an unmanaged switch would be fine, but i’d prefer something managed like the SODOLA 8-Port Gigabit/10G PoE Switch if it’s available. my goal is to keep the configuration simple with eight units and avoid extra complexity."
Offers an engaging marketing approach with a PoE-managed switch. Who controls your PoE cameras? Possibly the Ubuntu server—segregating it makes sense because you'll generate significant traffic if using a recording server. Likely, just the managed PoE switch, with a separate setup for desktops/APs. Why unmanaged?
My PoE cameras are managed through an Ubuntu server, which is the intended setup but hasn't been fully implemented yet. I'm considering switching to a new switch soon.
I tried setting up a VLAN myself without proper guidance, which didn't go well because I lacked the right knowledge. Previously, I used a 5-port AOMAX SG305P with PoE and a single key VLAN, which helped resolve many network issues. That's why I prefer unmanaged setups.
