I have a CAT6 cable that won't be replaced; it needs to handle 10Gbps. The current configuration could work if you swap one end for an SFP+ to Ethernet adapter connected to your UniFi aggregation switch, and the other end for a 10G Ethernet switch. I'm unsure if converting from SFP+ to regular Ethernet is possible. If someone has experience with fiber standards, they might be able to clarify this for you. You're just starting out with these concepts.

SFP+ to Ethernet serves its purpose without issues unless the cable lacks support for 10Gbps speeds.

The setup is straightforward—length is just 5 meters, which performs better than standard cat 6, reducing packet loss when scaling to 10Gbps.
