You'd likely reach out to ASUS directly, particularly if others reported similar problems—support might have a solution or guide you through returning the board.

Thanks for your feedback. It seems the problem might be related to RAM performance, especially at 3600mhz. I suspect a potential memory issue could be causing the behavior. I’ve tried lowering the speed slightly and rechecked everything—thermal paste, BIOS reset, removed PCIe extension, and even swapped riser. Everything feels stable now. I’m considering contacting support for an RMA since the motherboard is still new. It’s frustrating seeing these older parts in such a state. Hopefully, this won’t affect my daughter’s PC when the new models arrive later this year. Appreciate your quick reply!

Someone recommends a reliable RAM testing tool to identify problems. You ran benchmarks smoothly with consistent results. After a few tests, everything seemed fine until you encountered issues in Doom Nightmare. The game restarted, but the system crashed again, requiring a BIOS reset and chipset reinstall. It appears the issue might be related to the game itself or its compatibility.
