I've checked other discussions but haven't found a solution. My GPU usage stays at 0 unless I enable Windows Power Mode Extreme, which also causes my CPU to run very high. In Balanced or High power mode it shows 0% usage and my PC lags. With Extreme it's active and the performance is okay. I tried a clean install of the graphics driver, setting preferred power to max in NVIDIA settings. It seems the issue might be related to the new drivers. I installed one from January 2024 and it works fine. Apologies for the post.
